• Input from Customer Layout drawing or loading diagrams or section drawings from Customer
• We use NESC – 07 for load calculation and ASCE 48-11, ASCE 10-97 manual for design check of transmission steel poles.
• Design and support for detailing from bidding stage to fabrication drawing.
• Preparing Hardware weight for complete project for competitive bidding.
• Design of poles is performed utilizing PLS POLE to analyze the pole shaft, cantilever arm, base plate and anchor bolts.
• Modeling of each pole section with inboard and outboard arms, cross arms, drop tubes and any other accessories like equipments etc
• Support to Detailed drafting of each pole, cross arms and connection Generation of Fabrication Drawings.
